What Is Design Build?

A design/build system, in contrast to the traditional "design-bid-build", contracts all phases of design & construction with a single company. This format minimizes the projects risk for the homeowner by keeping everything under one roof. Design professionals are employed directly by the contractor, allowing the design and construction phases of a project to overlap more fluidly. The design/build concept also eliminates communication issues that arise between separate designer & builder entities.

At the start of your project, a design professional will be your primary point of contact. After the design phase moves to production, our project manager will take over. And of course, you are more than welcome to contact any of us at any time, we strive to make ourselves available by phone, email, and text.
